Baby Kobe my stress reliever

My fiance's Uncle gave us an early wedding gift. It's a puppy yey! They gave us a Shih tzu pup and we named him Kobe "kow-bee" since my fiance's favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant. He was only 1 month old when we got him. It's true that puppies shouldn't be apart from their parents or mother's until 2 months, but Kobe's case is different. Unfortunately Kobe's mommy "Twiggie" is seriously sick and baby pups can't go near her. Mommy Twiggie only breast fed her baby pups for a week and the doctor advised the breeder to just have the puppies bottle fed instead since mommy Twiggie is not in a good condition.
Having Kobe is good, especially for me since I've been a little stress for these past few days. We only have a month to go before our big day and just before we had baby Kobe I've been thinking and worrying a lot. But when baby Kobe came things go slowly, I don't worry that much anymore. It's like having a real baby since he's still a baby he can't eat solid food yet. We bought him milk and feeding bottle. We also went to a vet to have him checked by a doctor. The doctor have him "dewormed" and he did some tests and vaccine. It's not easy to take care of a puppy. You should really put time , effort, money and love of course.
Baby Kobe stay's in my fiance's house during the weekdays and my soon to be mother-in-law is so kind to take care of him like a real baby. She even wakes up in the middle of the night just to feed baby Kobe since he should be fed every 3 hours at that time. From Friday to Sunday night Baby Kobe stay with me.
Baby Kobe is now 1 month and 10 days , I can see his development and I'm really enjoying his company. I can also say that my fiance is so supportive of me and I know tha he loves baby Kobe like I do. We are planning to have baby Kobe wear a tuxedo on our wedding day. Of course he should be present in our very special day.
He's like my stress reliever from all the stress I'm having.

Preview of our official unedited prenup

Last February 14 we had our prenup with our P&V Smart Shot Studio. Our photographer is Mr. Zandro Quimson. It was a Photo & Video E-session. We really had a great time with their team. They are very professional and I can see that they really know what they're doing. They are also fun to work with, they are very kwela and everything so we never had a problem posing on the camera they made us feel comfortable. We used 3 sets of clothes for this shoot so it was kinda tiring but fun at the same time.

We already received the pictures and we should choose pictures to be use for our guest book, avp, tarpaulin and TY cards but we have too many pictures to choose from so we are having a hard time choosing because they all look great!

So here are just some of our pictures taken in Intramuros, (Balluarte de San Andres and Puerta Real):

Expressing yourself "Freely" by blogging

Blogging is a way for anyone to express themselves freely. It can be in any form especially if it's a personal blog. Blogging is also the best way to advertise and to be advertised by others for free in terms of being reviewed, it can be a specific product or services provided by a particular suppliers. Even big establishments and companies are being reviewed by their clients and clients-to-be. Having a personal blog can serve as a diary or an online organizer by the owner where in she can write her experiences freely for her to see her accomplishments ( wedding in our case ) while in the process of her preparation and no one can tell her what not to write.
In my case I'm using my blog for my upcoming wedding. I'm really enjoying it and I don't care what others think of it (yes, I'm nonchalant about it). As long as I'm happy of what I'm doing I will continue to write. I will continue to write my experiences and share my personal opinions here in my blog and if anyone will try to tell me what to do, I have all the time in the world to write back, over and over (It can be good or bad) and I don't have anything to worry about since I don't have a name or a business to be reviewed by anyone I'm just a "blogger wannabe" right ?!?!? HAHAHAHA!!! and like what I've said anyone can express themselves freely by blogging...

Who knows it can be the start of a never ending blogging experience for you, for me, for everybody.... hihihihihihihi!!!

For the little ones

We have a total of 6 kids for our wedding. We have 3 flower girls, a ring bearer and 2 more boys. They are our cousins , nephews and nieces. We already bought the boys outfit, they'll be wearing a white long sleeves polo (sleeves to be folded) with matching black vest and a tie. And as for my flower girls they'll be wearing a ball gown skirt dress with black satin belt and a black ribbon at the back. I'm sure they will look good on their outfit.

Wedding Jitters? Cold feet? Whatever....

Today is the first time I cried over my wedding preparation. I don't know if this is one of the "cold feet" that brides usually feel especially when their wedding is near. It's like I have a lot of things to do, lot of things to think, but I don't know where to start. I even feel sensitive at times especially with regards to our chosen suppliers. When I hear bad comments about them I really feel bad about it. If only they know how I feel....
I've been preparing this wedding for almost a year now and I promised myself that I'm not going to be one of the "Bridezilla Bride" , but I think it's really inevitable. I'm not a sensitive kind of person, actually most of my friends even think that I'm the most insensitive person they know, but now I know that everything can change in just a snap. Believe me I'm trying my best not to let my tears flow but I couldn't especially when my fiance saw me, I just couldn't stop crying. He asked me why, and right there and then tears burst, I just couldn't help it hihihihi....
I know that this is part of our wedding preparation but I wouldn't let things like this ruin our wedding, especially the fun part "The preparation". I'm also ready to hear more negative comments but I can't promise I won't cry. I'm just lucky because my fiance is always there for me to support me all the way. I know in my heart that I 'm going to marry the right man for me... My bestfriend ... My love.... My forever....
So people can say anything they want to say I don't care eh.. ehh.. ehh.. ehhhh. eh....

Marriage License: Family planning seminar experience

We only have 3 months left to prepare for our wedding and we haven't filed for our marriage license yet. So last Tuesday we decided to file for it. To get a marriage license couples should first attend a family seminar in the city hall where either one of the couple is residing. It only took us almost 2 hours because there were a lot of couples who came in late. So when were finally complete we were ask to come inside the room per couple because they have to ask each pair some confidential questions like, if you are living together, if your pregnant at the moment or already have children and where you plan to live after getting married. Even the place where you are planning to get married is part of the questions that couples should answer.
So to make the story short the seminar began after the long wait. We first discussed things about documents , from the marriage license, marriage contract up to your soon to be children birth certificate which is I think very informative and helpful.

After about 20 minutes of NSO discussion , a woman about 40 to 45 years of age entered the room, and told us that she will be discussing family planning. She looks scary at first , but after introducing herself she began to discussed sensitive issues about human anatomy. Woman and men reproductive system to be exact. It was fun though . There were a lot of laughing and naughty thoughts from the couples. She also discussed, different kinds of contraceptives that can be use by the couples. It was a really great experience. So after 10 to 11 working days, we can get our marriage license yey!!!

Actual same-day edit of Kris and Flords

Same-day-edit video is an additional/extra service that P/V service provides. In our case we got our same-day-edit video for free, it's actually not included in the package that we took but since we booked them in a bridal fair they gave us a lot of freebies and discounts. It actually cost a lot so we're lucky that we have it for free.

Same-day-edit video or also known as onsite video is an edited video of what happen from the bride and groom preparation , to the church or the actual ceremony up to the reception. These are actually the highlights and we can also say the best thing that happened from the morning preparation until the reception. These videos are often being shown to the guest while their having the meal. It's very entertaining for the guests especially when they see theirselves on the big screen.

Pre-nup Pictures and Video of Kris and Flords

I already booked our official Photographers and Videographers as early as last year. I booked Smart Shot Studio because I've seen their works before and I'm very much impressed with it . They covered several celebrity weddings so I think we're in good hands.
We will also have a pre-nup Photo and video session with them this coming February, but we still haven't decide where to shoot. Anyways , our very good friends Kris and Flords just got married last November 30 and my fiance is one of their groomsmen. I asked for their permission to put their actual photo an video pre-nup session with East Digital Photography here.

Our 7th year Anniversary

Today, we celebrate our 7th year together. I can still remember the day that I said "Yes" to him to be my boyfriend, it was in January 4, 2003 at Bed Rock Resto Bar in Malate Manila. We had a candle light dinner, since then it's been 2,558 days and still counting.
Some people say that the 7th year is the most critical year for couples, some say that this is the year where problems and trouble occur, it can be possible I guess, but for a relationship as strong as ours, no trouble or problem can make us apart.
So here we are celebrating our 7th year together, we had a late lunch at Conti's Restaurant. Here are some of our pictures taken while havin lunch at Conti's . Enjoy !!!

While waiting for our order ( 7 Fingers )

Still waiting....

For my fiance: Roast Beef in Mushroom Sauce

Chicken Ballottine for me

and for dessert... Mangro Bravo..... The best ice cream cake I've tasted ..

We were satisfied with our lunch, we didn't bother to have a big celebration since we need to save money for our wedding this April which we really are looking forward to....
Happy 7th anniversary to us!!!!!
